These customers wanted the hardwood floors in their bedroom refinished. They were moving into a new apartment and the previous tenants had not taken proper care of the wood floors. As can be seen in the photo, the hardwood floors are dull and lifeless and there are scratches throughout the room. Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process restored the hardwood floors to the condition you see here. Our Specialists sanded the wood floor in multiple passes using consecutively smoother grades of sandpaper in order to ensure that all layers of damaged wood were removed. Once the hardwood floor was completely smooth, our Specialists applied a custom stain that suited the customer's taste. After multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied these hardwood floors are beautifully restored and the customer can not wait to move in!
