Apartment - Greenwich Village, NY, NY
These customers loved the character of their old hardwood floors. However, due to an accumulation of dirt and debris over the years, the polyurethane was deteriorated in areas and the wood floor's color was beginning to fade.

Another view of these distressed hardwood floors shows how years of soils embedded in the wood have effected the floor. The arrows in this photo show areas on the hardwood floor where the color is faded and lifeless.

This close-up of the hardwood floor highlights the trouble seen throughout the rest of the apartment. Areas where the polyurethane has been completely dissolved have been highly effected by dirt and debris and lost their color.
Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process was the perfect solution to restore these hardwood floors while retaining the distressed, classic look that the customers loved so much. The results of our restoration process are seen here.

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists used a series of compounds and special machinery to completely remove the years of dirt and debris emedded in this wood floor. Once the hardwood floors were completely sanitized, multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. At Sandless Finish we use only the industry's top quality products to ensure our customers get the highest possible protection for their floors.

As you can see from this photo, all of the previously faded and colorless areas of the hardwood floor were fully restored. After our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process the customers now have a beautiful distressed wood floor with a rich color and vibrant shine!
