Apartment - Chelsea, NYC

Before:

This customer wanted the carpet removed and hardwood flooring installed in this loft area.


We offer carpet removal and disposal at Sandless Finish. Once this was done and all staples and nails were removed the hardwood flooring was ready to be installed!

 After:

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists installed a custom lining beneath the floor to guard against moisture. This ensures that the new wood floor will not warp over time. The hardwood floor was then installed - complete with custom cuts and molding!

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the living room refinished. The previous tenants had not properly cared for the wood floors. As a result of the misuse of cleaning products and a buildup of dirt and debris, the wood floor's finish had begun to deteriorate. This led to the faded, soiled condition seen in the photo.
