Apartment - East Village, NYC
Before:
This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their living room and dining room refinished.
Over the years, dirt and debris combined with harmful cleaning products caused the discoloration and fading of shine seen in the photos.
Soils embedded in a wood floor will deteriorate the finish over time which leaves the wood susceptible to damage.
This close-up highlights the damage sustained by this hardwood floor. In some instances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor - such was the case for this customer.
After:
Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process utilizes special machinery that minimizes the creation of dust while removing all damaged layers of wood.
Using multiple grades of sandpaper (progressing from very course to very fine), all of the damaged layers of wood are removed while achieving the smoothest possible surface.
The hardwood floor is then sealed and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane area applied. As you can see, the wood floor now has a beautiful, natural color and vibrant shine that the customer absolutely loves!
This close-up of the wood floor shows just how successful our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding process was on these floors. And since we use only the highest quality products available to the industry the newly restored hardwood floors will maintain their new condition for many years to come!
