Penthouse Apartment - Chelsea, NYC
Before:
The owner of this penthouse apartment in Chelsea wanted the hardwood floors in their living room refinished but did not want to remove the expensive area carpet. At Sandless Finish we work to satisfy the needs of our customers. Restoring the flooring around the carpet was not a problem - especially since our process is completely dustless and eco-friendly!
Normal foot traffic over the years had dulled out the customer's wood floors. This was due to dirt and debris embedding itself into the wood and deteriorating the polyurethane. The paper distributed throughout the room in these photos mark the areas where there was significant discoloration. These spots would need to be blended into the rest of the hardwood floor with our Custom Sandless Finish Color Blending Process.

After:
Using our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process our specialists removed all of the dirt and debris from the floor. The areas that were marked for color blending in the previous photos are now integrated seamlessly into the rest of the room. The spots were carefully cleaned by our specialists and a custom stain was created to match the color to the rest of the wood floor.
