This customer needed the hardwood floor in their bedroom refinished. In this situation a previous contractor had sanded the floor unevenly and used a low quality polyurethane for protection. In such cases the wood floor's condition quickly deteriorates. The results can be seen in this picture - the floor is exposed in areas and dirt and debris has penetrated deeply into the wood, scarring the floor.
