Apartment - Chelsea, NYC

This customer was moving into a new apartment and needed the hardwood floors refinished in the main room. Dirt and grime had faded the color and shine of these floors over time. Also, there were streaks and scratches in the surface of the polyurethane as can be seen in this photo.

Using our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Processs our specialists performed a deep cleaning on the wood floors. This involved the use of special machines and compounds that removed all of the soils from the floor as well as ground out the surface scratches in the polyurethane. After multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied the floors now have a beautiful color, consistent shine and no more scratches!

 

An alternate view of the room shows the consistency of color and shine that the hardwood floors obtained using our process. The customer was very satisfied with our specialists' work and could not wait to move in!
