Apartment - Upper West Side, NYC
Before:
This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their dining room refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor, causing the dull and lifeless appearance seen in the photo. Noted in the photo is an area of wood flooring that experienced particular color loss.
A close-up of the hardwood floor highlights the effects that embedded soils have on a floor over the years. Embedded dirt deteriorates the polyurethane of a wood floor and leaves it susceptible to damage and discoloration.

After:
Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process completely removed all of the dirt and debris from this wood floor. The hardwood floor was then sanitized and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. Note the return of color and vibrancy to the wood floor!
