Apartment - East Village, NYC

Before:

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their bedroom refinished. Dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor over the years, causing the discoloration and uneven shine seen in the photo.

The entranceway to the bedroom needed to be refinished as well - it displayed the same conditions as the bedroom floor. The customer also wanted to change the color of the hardwood floors. Sometimes our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a floor. This was the case for this customer.

After:

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process is a low-dust method that removes multiple layers of the hardwood flooring to reveal the healthy wood beneath. Once a smooth surface was achieved our Specialists worked with the customer to create a custom stain suited to their needs. The hardwood floor was then stained and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied to achieve the results seen in the photo.

The entranceway was refinished in the same manner by our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists. As you can see, all of the damaged layers of wood were removed to attain a beautiful, consistent color and sheen.

A detail of the entranceway. Our customer was very happy with the results of our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process!
