Before:

 

This customer was moving into an apartment with pre-finished hardwood floors. The wood floor had uneven coloring and scratches throughout it’s surface. Sanding was recommended for this case. Our Sandless Finish specialists are highly trained to perform a deep sanding while minimizing the production of dust.
 

 

Another problem the customer had with the hardwood flooring was the dark color. This was the result of the pigment in the finish of the pre-treated wood. Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process would remove this finish to reveal the natural beauty of the wood beneath.

Throughout the apartment there were damaged areas on the hardwood floor like the one in this photo. This was the result of the previous tenants leaving tape on the floor that scarred the surface and began to deteriorate the polyurethane.

The top arrow in this photo points out a section of the wood floor where the uneven coloring is most apparent. The bottom arrow shows the type of surface scratches which appeared throughout the apartment’s hardwood floors.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process utilizes special machines that drastically reduce the production of dust. This is more convenient for our clients and is a much safer and eco-friendlier process than traditional sanding methods. After the hardwood floors were sanded and sealed, multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. The results can be seen in this photo. The wood floor's natural color was restored. Additionally, there is now a vibrant finish throughout the apartment that offers the best possible protection for these floors in the years to come.

As you can seen from this photo, all of the damage caused by tape throughout the apartment was removed with our deep sanding process. The areas are now protected and blend seamlessly with the rest of the wood floors!

 

 

This photo of the hallway best displays the drastic improvement achieved by our deep sanding process. The discoloration and scratches throughout the surface of the hardwood floors are completely gone! The customer was very happy with their newly restored wood floors and could not wait to move into their new apartment!
