This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their new apartment refinished. The previous residents used cleaning products that left the discoloration and fading of shine seen in the photo. When improper cleaning products are used they can deteriorate the finish and increase the accumulation of soils in a wood floor.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process removed all the damaged layers of this hardwood floor to reveal the healthy wood beneath.

 

Our Sandless Finish Specialists then created a custom stain along with the customer to achieve the beautiful, vibrant color seen in the photo.

 

Multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were then applied to the wood floor.
