Apartment - West New York, NJ

 

Before:

 

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the bedroom refinished. Over time dirt and debris became embedded in the floor and caused the soiled, unevenly colored appearance seen in the photo.

 

The previous tenants had left deep scratches in the floor which needed to be repaired. There was also paint spilled throughout the room. In addition to these issues our customer also wanted a lighter, more natural look to their hardwood flooring. In some instances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor - such was the case for this customer.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process uses special machinery and multiple passes of varying grades of sandpaper to remove all of the damaged layers of wood. Once the smoothest possible surface is attained by our Specialists, the floor is sealed and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are applied.

 

As you can see from the photos, the hardwood floor was completely restored and all scratches/damage were removed. The floor also has a beautiful, natural color that the customer loves!
