This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their living room and dining room refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor and deteriorated the polyurethane. This leaves the wood beneath susceptible to damage and causes discoloration and fading, as seen in the photo.

 

Because the rooms were attached, our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists would need to employ our "Half and Half" method. Using this process the furniture is moved to one side of the room and the wood floor is refinished. Once the polyurethane has dried, the furniture is moved onto the newly restored area and the rest of the hardwood floor is restored in the same manner!

After our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process, the floor now has a beautifully restored color and consistent shine!

 

The second half of the room was restored in the same manner and the results were the same. Our customer was very happy with the results of our Sandless Finish and "Half and Half" processes - And it was all achieved with no dust and without having to remove any furniture from the apartment!
