Apartment - Chelsea, NY
Before:
This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floors in the bedroom refinished. Over the years dirt and debris embedded in the wood floor caused the discoloration seen in the photo.
This area of the hardwood floor highlights the discoloration present in the customer's apartment. Also apparent in the wood floor were deep scratches left by the previous tenants. In some circumstances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a hardwood floor. Such was the case for this customer.
After:
Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process penetrates the layers of damaged wood to reveal the healthy wood beneath. The wood floor is then sealed and multiple layers of high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are applied. The results can be seen in the photo - a beautiful, natural look and consistent shine were restored to the hardwood floor!
As you can see from this close-up, all of the deep scratches were removed using our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process. The customer was very happy with their newly restored hardwood floor and could not wait to move in!
