Before:

 

This customer was moving into a new apartment and the hardwood floors were in drastic need of restoration. Sections of the flooring were replaced and left unfinished and there was a layer of grime keeping the floor's original color from shining through.

 

 

This view shows where a section of the wood floor was replaced. Our Hardwood Floor Refinishing experts would have to create a custom color in order to blend the area with the rest of the floor. This was a perfect situation for our Sandless Finish Color Blending process.

 

 

 

This photo shows where the previous tenants had left tape on the floor. Over time the glue from the tape dissolved the polyurethane leaving the wood floor discolored and unprotected.

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing specialists were able to successfully restore the customer's floor. After our deep cleaning process our specialists created a custom stain using our Sandless Finish Color Blending technique. This allowed them to blend the unfinished areas seamlessly with the rest of the floor. A high-grade commercial polyurethane was applied and now the shine and color of the floor is uniform throughout the apartment.
