This customer was not happy with the condition of the hardwood floors in their new apartment. The previous tenants had not taken proper care of the wood flooring, allowing the condition to deteriorate. The polyurethane was fading and damaged and there were scratches and paint throughout the floor.

This picture of the entrance to the apartment gives a clear view of the damage to the hardwood flooring. The customer came to Sandless Finish to have their floors sanded and stained.

Bedroom

 Our Sandless Finish hardwood floor refinishing specialists gave the apartment a complete sanding. We then worked together with the customer to develop a custom stain that suited their tastes. After the staining process was complete, a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane was applied. The hardwood floors now have a wonderful, consistent color throughout the apartment and are protected for years to come!
