Before:

 

This customer was moving into a new apartment where the hardwood floors had not been properly maintained. Dirt and grime was embedded into the wood floors. Over time these elements started to break down the polyurethane and give the overall floor a discolored, soiled look.

Another view of the apartment: The customer came to our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing specialists to have their floors sanded. Our specialists are experts in the sanding process - the customer had come to the right place!

 

 

After:

 

All of the old polyurethane and damaged layers of wood were removed with our Hardwod Floor Sanding Process. Our method involves sanding the floor in three passes to ensure a deep sanding with a smooth finish is achieved. Our Hardwood Floor Refinishing specialists then sealed the wood and applied a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane to the floor. This ensures that the wood floor is protected and has a consistent color and shine.

 

 

 

As you can see from this close-up of the wood floor, all of the dirt and debris, as well as the damaged layers of wood were removed during the sanding process. The hardwood floors now look vibrant and healthy once again!
