Residential Home - Yonkers, NY

Before:
Hardwood Floor Sanding NYC

The house that these customers bought had hardwood floors with heavy and extensive damage. Areas where the polyurethane was completely dissolved are apparent in the dark and discolored sections of the floor. Scratches were also dug very deeply throughout the wood in this room. In some cases sanding is recommended. Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists are highly trained for such occasions.

Sandless Finish's sanding process involves the use of specialized, commercial machines to reduce the creation of dust in the air. Because of this, our hardwood floor sanding method represents an eco-friendly alternative to traditional sanding.

After:

A deep cleaning by our Sandless Finish specialists completely removed all of the dirt and debris from the hardwood floor. The floor was then sanitized and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. Co-op Building - Chinatown, NY, NY

Before:
Hardwood Floor Sanding NYC

This customer was not happy with the condition of the hardwood floors in their new Co-op building. Due to improper care the floors were damaged over time, accumulating dirt, debris, scratches, and paint throughout the surface of the floor. The soils in the floor had begun to dissolve the polyurethane, leaving the floor dull and lifeless. Also, a long strip in the middle of the floor was lacking boards. This is where a wall was torn down and the floor was never refinished properly.

In this closer shot of the floor, the area lacking hardwood flooring can be seen more clearly. Scratches and discoloration can be seen in the rest of the floor as well.
