This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the bedroom refinished. Over time dirt and debris became embedded in the floor and caused the soiled look and uneven shine seen in the photo.

This close-up highlights the conditions of the hardwood floor. The appearance of scratches can be clearly seen. The customer also wanted a lighter, more natural color for the wood floor. In some cases our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a would floor. Such was the case for this customer.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process uses special machinery and multiple passes of varying grades of sandpaper to remove all of the damaged layers of wood. Once the smoothest possible surface is attained by our Specialists, the floor is sealed and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are applied.

As you can see from the photos, the hardwood floor was completely restored and all scratches/damage were removed. The floor also has a beautiful, natural color that the customer loves!
