This customer was moving into an apartment and wanted the hardwood floors in this bedroom refinished. The wood floor had an uneven sheen and scratches throughout it’s surface.

Throughout the bedroom there were damaged areas on the hardwood floor like the one in this photo. This was the result of the previous tenants having the apartment painted without proper protection and dragging heavy objects throughout the room which began to deteriorate the polyurethane.  In some instances we recommend sanding a wood floor. Such was the case for this customer. Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists are highly trained to perform a deep sanding while minimizing the production of dust.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process utilizes special machines that drastically reduce the production of dust. This is more convenient for our clients and is a much safer and eco-friendlier process than traditional sanding methods. After the hardwood floors were sanded and sealed, multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. The results can be seen in this photo. The wood floor's natural color was restored. Additionally, there is now a vibrant finish throughout the apartment that offers the best possible protection for these floors in the years to come.

As you can seen from this photo, all of the damage throughout the apartment was removed with our deep sanding process. The areas are now protected and blend seamlessly with the rest of the wood floors. Needless to say, the customer was very happy with the results of their newly restored hardwood floors!
