Apartment - Upper East Side, NYC

Before:
Hardwood Floor Sanding, NYC

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in this transition area sanded and stained. Although in decent condition, the customer was unhappy with the orange color of the flooring, which heightens over time when a low-quality polyurethane is used (as applied by the previous contractor). In some circumstances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a floor, as was the case for this customer.

 After:
Hardwood Floor Sanding, NYC

Using our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Method, our Specialists were able to remove all of the previously refinished layers of wood. Once the healthy wood was exposed and a smooth surface was attained our Specialists created a custom stain to achieve a natural grey appearance that the customer loves! Multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were then applied to the wood floor to assure it will maintain it's new look for many years to come!
