Apartment - Chelsea, NYC

Before:

This customer wanted their new apartment painted before they moved in.

There were many holes and imperfections that would need to be filled and repaired by our Specialists. In order to get a smooth, flawless appearance spackle needs to be applied in stages with detailed sanding in between layers.

The window sills in the apartment needed detailed attention by our specialists.

As you can see, cracks formed in the existing paint of the apartment. Luckily for our customer, our Specialists are experts in spackling and paint application!

After:

Preparation and cleanliness are high priorities when painting any space. This is often overlooked by many contractors but not by our Sandless Finish Painting Specialists! The walls of the apartment now have a beautiful new color and smooth appearance with no paint on the floors or existing appliances!

As you can see, the window sill is now smooth with a clean application of paint.

Through multiple layers of spackle with sanding in between a smooth surface was achieved and all cracks were removed!

The customer now has an apartment with smooth walls and vibrant color. Since our Sandless Finish Specialists only use the highest quality products available to the industry the walls will maintain this new look for many years to come. Needless to say, our customer was very excited!
