This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their living room refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor. This caused the fading of color and shine seen in the photo.

 

Another issue the customer faced was the gaps between the floorboards. The apartment had heated flooring which caused the filler used by a previous contractor to become brittle and break down.
