This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted to have the hardwood floors refinished. The previous tenants had not properly maintained their wood floors and it clearly shows in the photo. The parquet floors were discolored throughout the room and the finish was badly deteriorated in many places.

 

A close-up of the hardwood floors shows the deterioration of the finish and resultant discoloration and damage. These conditions were brought about by the misuse of cleaning products that dissolved the polyurethane finish and a buildup of dirt and debris over the years. Luckily for our customer our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process was the perfect solution to restore these floors!

Utilizing special compounds and machinery our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists extracted all of the dirt and soils from these parquet floors. Once the wood floor was completely sanitized multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane were applied. As you can see, the original color and shine of the hardwood floors was restored!
