This customer wanted to have the hardwood floors in their apartment refinished. Dirt and debris had built up over the years and was causing the wood floor to appear dull and lifeless. More distressing to our customer, however, were the obviously mismatched areas apparent throughout the apartment.

 

These were previously damaged areas that another contractor attempted to sand and blend to match the hardwood floor. The customer was not pleased with the results.

The color is off and the finish does not match with the rest of the hardwood floor. Our Specialists were able to remove any embedded soils, sanitize the floor and apply multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane all in one day! The previously discolored areas on the hardwood floor were successfully blended in with the rest of the wood floor by our Specialists.

 

Using our Sandless Finish Color Blending Process the correct color and sheen were restored to the previously damaged areas. As you can see from the photo the blending is seemless!
