Apartment - Lower East Side, NYC
Before:
This customer was moving into a new apartment where the hardwood floors had not been properly maintained. Dirt and grime was embedded into the wood floors. Over time these elements started to break down the polyurethane and give the overall floor a discolored, soiled look.
Another view of the living room. The customer also wanted a lighter, more natural color for their hardwood floors. In some instances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor. Such was the case for this customer.
After:
All of the old polyurethane and damaged layers of wood were removed with our Hardwod Floor Deep Sanding Process. Our Hardwood Floor Refinishing specialists then sealed the wood and applied a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane to the floor. This ensures that the wood floor is protected and has a consistent color and shine.
As you can see, all of the dirt and debris as well as the damaged layers of wood were removed during the sanding process. The hardwood floors now look vibrant and healthy once again!
