This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted to have the hardwood floors restored. This photo shows the effects that inefficient maintenance can have on a floor over time. The faded appearance is the result of dirt and debris allowed to sit on and penetrate the hardwood floors over time. There were also multiple surface scratches throughout the room.
