Apartment - Long Island City, Queens, NY
Before:
This customer needed the hardwood floor in their new apartment's bedroom refinished. Over the years, dirt and debris became embedded in the wood flooring. This caused the finish of the hardwood floor to deteriorate and appear dull and lifeless, as seen in this photo.
Another issue the wood floor had was the presence of scratches throughout it's surface. This was caused by the previous tenants dragging objects throughout the room. In some instances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor. Such was the case for this customer.
After:
Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process penetrates a hardwood floor to reveal the healthy wood beneath while creating minimal dust in the customer's home. Multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are then applied. As you can see, the wood floor now has a vibrant color and consistent sheen that the customer loves!
As evident from this close-up, all damage and scratches were removed with our Low Dust Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process. With proper maintenance (find out how to care for your hardwood floor here: http://www.sandlessfinish.com/Maintenance_Of_New_Floor.html) this floor will retain it's newly restored, healthy condition for many years to come!
