This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their new apartment's bedroom refinished. The previous tenants had not properly cared for the wood floor, as is evident from the photo.

 

Dirt and debris became embedded in the hardwood floor over time which caused the discoloration and fading seen in the pictures. There were also deep scratches and paint splatters throughout the room.
