Living Room - Front Half - Before |
This is another example of the wear and tear
that can occur on a floor over time. Dirt and grime have been embedded in the
floor, eating away at the polyurethane and causing the wood to lose its
lustrous color. Boards had been previously replaced and stand out, becoming an
eyesore. The clients came to Sandless Finish looking to have the floors
revitalized and the repaired boards blended to match the rest of the floor.
Living Room - Back Half - After |
The back half of the Living Room displays the
same problems.

In
this shot the dirt and grime in the floor is even more apparent. The replaced
boards can be seen on the left-hand side and obviously stand out. A damaged
spot is seen in the middle of the photo where the polyurethane has been completely
worn down.

Another picture showing the grittiness of the
floor before the Sandless Finish process. The white spot and the white line are
areas where the polyurethane is completely gone, leaving the floor exposed.

Living Room - Front Half - After |
Our Sandless Finish specialists used our special
compounds and machines to completely remove the dirt and grime from the floor.
Then, using our custom Color Blending system the replaced boards were stained
to match the rest of the floor. After our process the original color of the
wood has returned and the replaced boards blend seamlessly with the rest of the
room!
Living Room - Back Half - After |
The Sandless Finish process worked wonderfully
on the rest of the Living Room as can be seen in this photo!

This closeup shows how successfully our
specialists removed all of the dirt and grime from the floor. In this photo you
can see the work our color specialists performed on the replaced boards (upper
left of photo). Using a mixture of several stains, we were able to match the
color of the original floor. The spots where the polyurethane was completely
gone are now protected and blend perfectly with the rest of the floor.

In our final shot, you
can see that the Sandless Finish process really worked to remove all of the
grey film and discoloration caused by the dirt and grime in the floor. After
two layers of high-grade, commercial polyurethane, the floor is now fully
protected and will retain its wonderful new look for years to come! Needless to
say, the customers are very happy with their new floors!
