Before - With Old Carpeting:

Client wanted to remove their old carpeting to give their home a new look.

After Carpet Removal:

The carpet was removed to reveal the hardwood floors underneath. Previous owners mistreated their floors, leaving stains and scuff marks. The old polyurethane was deteriorated and the padding from the carpet was broken down and embedded in the floors.

After The Sandless Finish Process:

With the use of our specialized floor machines and strong reacting compounds our specialists were able to remove all the debris and dried soills. A high-grade polyurethane was then applied , leaving the homeowners with a beautiful new look for their home!

Molding Installation:

We also do custom baseboards and transitions with a seamless finish! As a final touch, new baseboards were installed throughout the Dining Room and the Living Room. This is a great option to really make your new hardwood floors stand out!

Parquet floor had water damage and needed to be removed.

Condominium Building, NY, NY

Before/After:

In this shot the left half of the floor is refinished using the Sandless Finish process. The right side of the floor is left unfinished and shows the dirt and grime embedded in the floor which results in a loss of shine and color. After the left side dried (within and hour) the furniture was moved onto the finished floor so that the rest of the room could be refinished. This is necessary in the case of a small spaces with a lot of furniture. Often, the process can still be completed in a day's time and the client can walk on the floor by the same evening!

Mary Arnold Toys - Lexington Ave, NY, NY

Before:

Mary Arnold Toys is New York's oldest continuously operating toy store. The floors were covered with dirt and grime and the polyurethane was wearing down due to extremely high-traffic.

After:
