Apartment - Chelsea, NYC

Before:
Hardwod Floor Refinishing, NYC

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their living room refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor and deteriorated the polyurethane. This leaves the wood beneath susceptible to damage and causes discoloration and fading, as seen in the photo.

Hardwod Floor Refinishing, NYC

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists would need to employ our "Half and Half" method. Using this process the furniture is moved to one side of the room and the wood floor is refinished. Once the polyurethane has dried, the furniture is moved onto the newly restored area and the rest of the hardwood floor is restored in the same manner! In this photo the left half of the photo is refinished. A noticeable difference can be seen between the finished and unfinished sections of flooring!

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process was used on the rest of the floor and the furniture was replaced. The entire floor now has a beautifully restored color and consistent shine that the customer loved!
