Apartment - Upper West Side, NYC

Before:

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their hallway refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor, causing the discoloration and fading seen in the photo. There was also paint splatters throughout the wood floor's surface that would need to be removed.


The other half of this hardwood floor showed the same problems. Luckily for our customer, our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process was the perfect solution to restore this wood floor!

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process utilizes special compounds and machinery to extract the dirt and debris from a wood floor. Our Sandless Finish Process is a wet method of hardwood floor restoration so all of the extracted soils remain on the floor. This means that no dust is created during the process! 


Once the hardwood floor is sanitized, multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane is applied. As you can see, the floor now has a consistent, natural color throughout the hall. And since we only use the highest quality products available to the industry, the hardwood floor will retain it's newly restored state for many years into the future!

Apartment - SoHo, NYC

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the bedroom refinished. Over time dirt and debris became embedded in the floor and caused the soiled look and uneven shine seen in the photo.

This close-up highlights the conditions of the hardwood floor. The appearance of scratches can be clearly seen. The customer also wanted a lighter, more natural color for the wood floor. Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process uses special machinery and multiple passes of varying grades of sandpaper to remove all of the damaged layers of wood. This customer was moving into a new apartment and needed the hardwood floors in this living room refinished. Dirt and soils from the previous owners were embedded in the hardwood floor over time. The accumulated debris was eating away at the polyurethane and causing the wood flooring to appear dull and lifeless.

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted to have their hardwood floors refinished. The wood floors had scratches throughout the room as well as discoloration due to damage from previous tenants. The customer also wanted to change the color of their hardwood floors from to a darker walnut color.

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their new apartment refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floors, causing the fading and discoloration seen in the photos. The customer also wanted a more natural look and feel to their hardwood floors, as opposed to the white stained look seen here.

The previous tenants also repeatedly dragged heavy objects across the hardwood floor. This left deep scratches and unprotected areas of wood flooring throughout the room. The resulting damage can be seen in the heavily discolored and damaged areas in this close-up.
