Apartment - Upper West Side, NYC

Before:

This customer wanted the hardwood floor in their hallway refinished. Over the years dirt and debris became embedded in the wood floor, causing the discoloration and fading seen in the photo. There was also paint splatters throughout the wood floor's surface that would need to be removed.

The other half of this hardwood floor showed the same problems. Luckily for our customer, our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process was the perfect solution to restore this wood floor!

After:

Our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process utilizes special compounds and machinery to extract the dirt and debris from a wood floor. Our Sandless Finish Process is a wet method of hardwood floor restoration so all of the extracted soils remain on the floor. This means that no dust is created during the process!

Once the hardwood floor is sanitized, multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane is applied. As you can see, the floor now has a consistent, natural color throughout the hall. And since we only use the highest quality products available to the industry, the hardwood floor will retain it's newly restored state for many years into the future!
