This customer wanted the wood stairs in their apartment refinished. Stairs are high traffic areas that are often susceptible to damage. A build up of dirt and debris in the wood of these hardwood stairs caused the discoloration seen in the photo.

 

This close up of the wood stairs highlights the damage that our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists needed to repair. In some instances our Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor, such was the case for this customer.

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process is a low dust method that removes all damaged layers of wood. Once the hardwood stairs were sanded, our Specialists created a custom stain to match them to the rest of the apartment.
