Apartment - Chelsea, NYC

Before:

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the living room refinished. The previous tenants had not properly cared for the wood floors. As a result of the misuse of cleaning products and a buildup of dirt and debris, the wood floor's finish had begun to deteriorate. This led to the faded, soiled condition seen in the photo.

A close-up of the wood floor highlights the buildup of dirt and debris. In some instances our Sandless Finish Harwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a hardwood floor - such was the case for this customer.

After:

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process is a low dust process that removes all damaged layers of wood to reveal the healthy hardwood floor beneath.

By sanding deeply into the hardwood floor, all of the soils and damaged wood are completely removed. This close-up of the wood floor highlights its new, healthy condition!

After the hardwood floor is sanded it is sealed and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are applied by our Specialists. As you can see from the photos, the wood floor now has a vibrant color and consistent shine. With the proper care (see our maintenance page here: http://www.sandlessfinish.com/Maintenance_Of_New_Floor.html) these hardwood floor will maintain their new look for many years to come!
