This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted the hardwood floor in the bedroom refinished. Accumulated dirt and debris over time, along with scratches left in the wood floor from previous tenants, resulted in the condition seen here.

This close-up highlights the damage present throughout the room. The customer also wanted a more natural finish for their wood floor with less of a shine.
