Apartment - Midtown West, NYC

Before:

This customer was moving into a new apartment and wanted to have the hardwood floors refinished.

Over the years dirt and debris embedded in the floor deteriorated the polyurethane and caused the discoloration and fading seen in the photo. There were also scratches throughout the apartment where the previous tenants had damaged the wood floor.

This area of hardwood flooring was a particular problem. Tracking had been removed from the wood floor. The hardwood floor was left in the condition seen in the photo. The customer also wanted a lighter, more natural look to the hardwood floor. In some instances our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Specialists recommend sanding a wood floor - such was the case for this customer.

After:

Our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process utilizes special equipment that minimizes the creation of dust. All layers of damaged wood are removed during the process to reveal the healthy hardwood floor beneath. The wood floor is then sealed and multiple layers of a high quality, commercial grade polyurethane are applied.

As you can see from the photos, all of the scratches and damage were removed during our Sandless Finish Deep Sanding Process. The floor now has a beautiful, natural color and consistent shine!

The area of hardwood flooring where the tracking was removed was restored successfully as well. And since we only use the highest quality products available to the industry, the wood floors will maintain there newly restored condition for many years to come!
