Apartment - Soho, NY
This customer wanted the hardwood floors in their apartment refinished. Dirt and debris embedded in the wood floor over time disintegrated the polyurethane protecting the floor. This leaves the wood vulnerable to damage and can cause discoloration and fading as seen in the photo.
The customer also wanted areas of the living room refinished but did not want to remove their carpet and furniture. The high traffic areas of hardwood flooring between the rugs would need to be refinished without causing damage to the carpets. With our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process, which does not create any dust, this was not a problem!
The customer also had a heavily damaged area of hardwood flooring that would need to be replaced and blended to match by our Sandless Finish Specialists. Our Sandless Finish Custom Color Blending Process was the perfect solution for this customer!
Using our Sandless Finish Hardwood Floor Refinishing Process, our Specialists removed all of the soils from the wood floor. In this area of hardwood flooring our Specialists installed new parquet panels. They then created a custom stain using our Sandless Finish Custom Color Blending Process to match the new panels the rest of the room!
